Version: 1.0

1. Purpose

  • Spouses and partners of currently serving members of the UK Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve)

  • Spouses and partners of veterans and Service leavers

  • We actively welcome applications from military spouses and partners across all departments.

  • Gaps in employment or multiple relocations will not be viewed negatively during recruitment.

  • Where appropriate, we offer remote/hybrid working arrangements or flexible hours to accommodate family needs.

5. Flexible Working and Career Support

  • Eligible employees may request flexible working to manage family responsibilities, deployments, or care needs.

  • In cases of unexpected deployment or family-related military commitments, we will be flexible with time off or adjusted hours, wherever operationally possible.

  • We support job sharing, part-time roles, and re-entry support for spouses returning to work after relocation or caring duties.
