Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time of 14 days.

All courses and items can be cancelled using our two-step process below:

​

1. Send an email to contact@james-consulting.co.uk, and in the subject line, write "I want to cancel my order" and then write a brief explanation of what you are requesting, whether it is a full or part refund you are requiring and include your name, address and any order ref you have before sending it to us.

2. Once received we will send an email confirming your cancellation and start the refund process immediately, refunds usually take no longer than three working days to process.
