First Aid & Pre-Hospital Medical Requirements for SIA Top-Up Courses

Please note that the SIA Close Protection Refresher Courses do not include the required First Aid at Work (FAAW) or Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (FREC 3) qualifications.

You must hold one of these before renewing your SIA licence, to help you meet this requirement, we have scheduled multiple First Aid and Pre-Hospital Medical courses throughout the 2025/6 training calendar.

These can be booked at a discounted rate before starting your Close Protection Top-Up Course.
